Shipping policy

Deliveries to other countries within the EU and Exports are only allowed through EMCS (Excise Movement and Control System). EMCS is a computerised system of the European Union for monitoring movements of excise goods under suspension of excise duty within the EU.

Prices indicated on Forza Drinks for customers of different countries of the EU are without excises and VAT.

The delivery of goods is accompanied by an e-AD (electronic Administrative Document) which has to be confirmed by the customer after receiving the goods.

Delivery terms: EXW - EX works.

Payment terms: Payment in advance.
